Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how elif.codes studio ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit elifcodesstudio.com, buy a digital product, subscribe to Motif, join the newsletter or contact us. The Setuply mobile app has its own policy at /privacy/setuply.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Elif Bilge Parlak (elif.codes studio). For any privacy question or request, reach us at the email address at the bottom of this page.

2. What We Collect

  • Purchase data: your email address and purchase details when you buy a product. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  • Account data: if you buy Motif, an account is created with your email so you can sign in with a magic link.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe yourself.
  • Messages: whatever you write to us through the contact or feedback form, plus your email so we can reply.
  • Booking data: if you book a 1:1 session, scheduling runs on Cal.com and is subject to their terms.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Cookies

The site sets a single functional cookie (LOCALE_CHOICE) to remember your language preference. Signed-in app areas use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. No tracking or analytics cookies are used, so no consent banner is required.

5. Service Providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the store:

  • Stripe: payment processing and billing
  • Supabase (EU, Frankfurt): account and purchase records
  • Resend: transactional emails and the newsletter
  • Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery
  • Cal.com: 1:1 session scheduling

6. Retention

We keep purchase records as long as legally required for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request a copy of your data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the products evolve. The effective date above always reflects the latest version.
