Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 July 2026

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains when and how refunds work for each product type. Refunds are always issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

1. One-Time Digital Products

Digital products (for example Commitchi Pro) are delivered immediately after payment, so the statutory withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun. That said, if the product does not work as described, you cannot activate it, or you hit a technical problem we cannot fix, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, with a full refund if needed.

2. Motif Subscription

  • You can cancel any time from the in-app settings via the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; we do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of an ongoing period.
  • If you were charged by mistake (for example a renewal right after you tried to cancel), contact us within 14 days and we will refund the charge.
  • When a refund is issued, access tied to that payment is revoked.

3. 1:1 Sessions

  • You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session using the booking link.
  • If we have to cancel a session, you get a new time or a full refund, your choice.
  • Missed sessions without notice are not refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us with the address you used at checkout and, if possible, your Stripe receipt number. We answer within 2 business days. Please do not open a chargeback without contacting us first; it is almost always slower than writing to us.
