1. What We Sell

• One-time digital products (for example Commitchi Pro), delivered by email right after purchase.
• Motif, a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• 1:1 sessions, booked through Cal.com at the times shown there.

2. Payments and Prices

All payments are processed by Stripe. The price and currency shown on the checkout page at the moment of purchase is the final price. We may change prices at any time; changes never affect purchases you have already made, and subscription price changes are announced before your next renewal.

3. Accounts and Licenses

Digital products and subscriptions are licensed to you personally. Your license or account is for your own use and may not be resold, shared or transferred. We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud or chargeback misuse.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Motif renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from the in-app settings via the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Details on refunds are in the Refund Policy.

5. Withdrawal Right for Digital Content

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales no longer applies to that digital content. This does not limit your rights for defective products; see the Refund Policy.

6. 1:1 Sessions

Sessions take place online at the booked time. If you cannot attend, you can reschedule through the booking link up to 24 hours before the session. No-shows are not refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in the products (code, design, text, illustrations) belongs to elif.codes studio unless stated otherwise. Buying a product grants you a usage license, not ownership of the underlying work.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

Products are provided as they are. We work hard to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers always keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
